3 ColorI am passionate about healthy, fruitful, multiplying Kingdom community. I am the managing director of NCD Australia and part of the leadership team of NCD International where I am developing NCD Denominational teams, implementation resources and am the architect of the expanding NCD online community. In 2004 I co-developed the NCD Profile Plus detailed analysis tool and in 2005 developed the 3 Color NCD Growth Cycle. More recently I have developed the NCD Result Guide system used in Australia to increase team involvement in the NCD process and provide NCD results in a language suited to different kinds of people within a church. I love my wife, 4 children and the rest of my oikos and enjoy small farming, drumming and playing the trombone. Oh, and I think Jesus is an absolute genius (and his Dad and Spirit are pretty clever as well).

3 ColorI live in Brisbane, Australia, am in my twenties and work full-time for NCD. I absolutely love my job and enjoy seeing the fruit come forth from churches when they engage with NCD. It's exciting to see individuals passionate about God as they use their heads, hands and hearts to impact other people's lives with the Good News of Jesus. In my spare time I love nature photography, paper quilling, catching up with friends over hot chocolate (non-coffee drinker here!) and playing tennis.
