Getting the survey results
With some predictability, our minimum factor was "passionate spirituality." What was stunning was that the survey results are unambiguous. Our minimum factor value was a 4!
4!
How God speaks to us? We will often hear her speaking in our own voice. That's been powerful about this survey.
We're mostly using it as a benchmark at this time. That's because we are jumping on the Color Your World bandwagon.
Just reporting in, no questions yet.
Peace and Blessing,
Brad

Or even worse......
Could be worse ;-)
Hi Brad
Thanks for the wry smile that comes through in your post. I just wanted to encourage you that the first church I ever debriefed on their NCD results had a -9 (yes minus) for Inspiring Worship Services. Half way through the meeting the pastor came out the front and said "Well, its obvious that you all have a problem with me, so here's your chance. Let me have it!" A few minutes and some diplomatic discourse later, the bomb was defused. But the feeling of the environment has stayed with me through the subsequent 9 years.
Just last year I debriefed an Anglican parish of 4 congregations that began the year before with a combined average of about 25 points. I cannot tell you how exciting it was for me to visit them and return 2nd round results that showed an average of 20 points improvement across the congregations. Hope had been restored for the future and some of the early fruit of new life was delightful to see and hear about.
Some believe it is easier to make progress on your results when they start at a higher point. Though others believe that when you start low, its easy to move higher. My experience of several hundred churches at all parts of the spectrum is that it makes no difference whatsoever where you begin. If the key influencers are personally committed to growing themselves and the health of the church, it will happen.
Blessings and I look forward to any other updates.
