Whether you like the term or not, it can be demonstrated that growing churches display a higher "love quotient” than stagnant or declining ones. Whenever I use this term at a conference there are a few Christians who can't stand it: "What a terrible expression!” I can imagine that you might feel the same way. So let me explain what we did in order to measure this "love quotient.”...

    In my ministry as an NCD coach and national partner, I am regularly struck by the extent of God's grace. Mostly this relates to seeing churches move from a position of very poor health to a place where hope is rekindled and extinction is now completely out of the question. But also where average churches begin to experience abundantly more than they could ask or imagine.

    I've been getting upset by a lot of Christians for a long time. Why? Because in my opinion there are to many people who call themselves Christians but you can hardly tell the difference between these Christians and Non-Christians. I think it's just natural that there are these many Non-Christians who call Christianity hypocritical or useless.
